Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customer


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for unworn items within a 14 day period. Your refund will be issued via the same method of payment and will be processed within 7 days.

Over the festive period any order from 15th December - 27th December will get an extra x 4 days added onto the return policy. any orders from 28th Dec will resume back to normal x 14 days from date received. 

Kindly Note Sale is non refundable, An Website E voucher will be sent to the email address used on the website if your sale purchases are not suitable.

“Please note: As this is a one-size item, fit and tie placement may vary slightly depending on body shape.”

As a small independent retailer who has a fast turnover of stock it would really help us out if you returned any unwanted garments as fast as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which would be your original packing slip invoice provided in your parcel bag. (Kindly note we will not accept handwritten invoice slips) 

Kindly note - Any returns sent back out of the 14 day refund policy will be sent back to the customer at your own cost. To be fair and consistent we have to follow this policy with all customers! Kindly note the date calculated is the day you received your order and not the day after. 

Returned Items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, fabric conditioner smells, or detergent / perfume / Pet Hair, will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Please note that the return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Purchases:

All in-store purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

You can return your online order in to store for Francine and Adam to inspect and process, Website returns cannot be exchange in store however, you can return your web order and purchase any garments on another transaction.

Click and Collect Orders:

The return policy for Click and Collect orders begins from the date you receive your pick-up confirmation. The refund policy for these orders aligns with that of online purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products)& Jewellery. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items Jewellery & Gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item following the above process & make a separate purchase for the new item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase by stating your order number

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your card.
